Coaching Plans

CLASSES: One-hour sessions cover your chosen topic, at a running venue or in a classroom.

BOOT CAMP: Meet for three one-hour sessions in 3-10 days. Each session includes explanations and workouts targeted to your goals.

CLINIC: A minimum of 5 runners in a group train together for 10-12 weeks.

TRAINING PLANS: Individuals sign up for six weeks, three months, six months, or 12 months. Plans include initial assessment and goal-setting, a customized training schedule, and email/text support and followup. Coach will aim for one hour a week live with runners in the Batesville area.
